This guide is written and maintained by Joel R. Singh. If you have a question about the research, a correction, a source you think should be added or challenged, or an insurance product that belongs on the comparison, send it directly and it will reach the author. Every message is read by the person who does the research, not a support queue.

Corrections and source disputes

Every factual cell in the comparison and the exclusion tracker carries a source URL and a last-verified date. If a figure looks wrong, a carrier has changed its terms, or a source no longer supports the claim it is attached to, send the specific cell and the primary source you are relying on. It gets checked against the underlying document and, where the claim changes, corrected with the date the change took effect so the prior value stays visible. Corrections are handled in the open and logged. See the correction policy for how that process runs, and the editorial policy for how facts are sourced and verified before they are published.

Suggesting a carrier or product

The comparison aims to cover every US AI liability product, whether it is a standalone policy, an affirmative endorsement, a difference-in-conditions wrap, or a performance guarantee. If you know of a product that is not listed, send the carrier or program name along with a primary source, such as the carrier's own page or a filing. New entries are verified against primary sources before they appear, and nothing is added on the strength of a press mention alone.

Featured Providers is a paid, disclosed placement, one exclusive provider per category. It never affects rankings, comparison data, or editorial coverage anywhere else on the site; the same church/state wall that keeps advertisers out of the facts applies here. If your product fits an open category, send the category, your product name, and a source for your coverage terms to [email protected]. Every listed provider clears a fit review before it appears.

Advisory, media, and data licensing

For AI risk and governance advisory work, see iSL Advisory, the consulting practice behind this guide. Members of the press are welcome to reach out with questions about the market or the methodology. The comparison and exclusion datasets are available for licensing with attribution; the licensed data page explains what is included and how the fields are maintained.

What this site does not do

This site does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance, does not provide quotes, and takes no commissions or referral fees on any policy. It is a research project, not a broker. If you are ready to buy, take the source-verified facts here to the carrier directly or to a licensed broker in your state, who can confirm current terms and bind coverage. Nothing on this page is insurance, legal, or financial advice.
